Who we are
Flowly (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a personal wellness and budgeting app. Questions? Email support@flowlyguide.com.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, sign-in provider.
- App content: budgets, nutrition logs, workouts, and preferences you add.
- Device & usage: device model, OS/app version, and crash logs.
- Push tokens to deliver reminders you enable.
- Integrations (opt-in): summaries from Apple Health/Health Connect and bank metadata via Plaid. We never store bank credentials or Plaid access tokens.
How we use data
To provide app features, send reminders, personalize experiences (if enabled), improve reliability, secure the service, and comply with law.
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Contract (to provide the app), Consent (integrations, notifications, analytics), and Legitimate Interests (security and improvement).
Sharing & processors
We don’t sell data. We use service providers under strict agreements, including Firebase, Apple/Google/Expo, analytics/crash providers, and Plaid. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect rights or safety.
Retention & control
We retain your data while your account is active. You can export or delete data anytime in Settings. Backups persist briefly for disaster recovery.
Security
We use encryption and restricted access, but no method is 100% secure.
Important disclaimers
- No liability for breaches: Flowly and its affiliates are not liable for damages from unauthorized access or disclosure, except for willful misconduct.
- Third-party services: Optional integrations (Apple Health, Plaid, etc.) follow their own policies.
- No medical advice: The app is not a medical device.
- Limitation of remedies: Any liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months before a claim.
Children
Not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). Contact us to delete any child data.
International transfers
Data may be processed outside your country (e.g., U.S.) with appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Changes
We’ll update this policy as needed and revise the “Last updated” date.
